Article 20.

A Permanent Board is establishod for the purposo of

facilitating the complete execution of this Convention and

before advising on any questions which may arise in connection

with its working.

The Board shall consist of one per son nominated by each of

the parties to this agreement in the territories of which cocaine

is manufactured or in which the coca leaf is produced together

with

representatives of the other parties. The Board shall

fix its headquarters, shall determine its procedure and shall

meet at least once annually in the month of Hay,

In the decision of all questions referred to it by this

Convention, the Board may act if need be by a majority.

The expenses of its members chall be defrayed by the

countries which they represent. If it should be found necessary

to ostablish a secretariat for the Board the expenses shall be

divided between the parties to this agreement in such proportions

at may be egzood.

Article 21c

An annual report shall be drawn up by each of the High Contracting Parties showing its imports, exports, ro-exporta

and manufacture of cocaine and its importe, oxports, and re-

oxports of the raw material for the manufacture of cocaine, together with particulars of the export licenses and import certificates issued by it. Copies of this report shall be

furnished to the Board.

Article 22.

The present Convention, of which the French and English texts are both authentis, shall bear this day's dato and shall

be open for signature until
